Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Develop and lead Pilates classes, workshops, and private sessions, incorporating creative and engaging programming.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques, methodologies, and industry developments, maintaining current certifications and continuing education.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to promote Pilates services, programs, and events, driving membership growth and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked fitness area, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining member records, processing payments, and communicating with members and staff.

Requirements:
