• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to create a personalized shopping experience.
• Provide expert advice on sleep solutions and products to help customers build their perfect sleep sanctuary.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of the competition and leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
