We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at the University of Louisville Physicians. This role plays a vital support role in delivering high-quality therapy services, ensuring seamless patient care experiences.

**Job Summary:**

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning treatment areas, supporting physical therapists and other healthcare professionals in their duties, and maintaining accurate records of patient information.

**Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cleaning of treatment areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Supporting physical therapists and other healthcare professionals in their duties, including preparation of equipment and materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a basic understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.

**Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
