Overview:
We are looking for three enthusiastic and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a vibrant and expansive district.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering effective speech and language therapy services to students.
2. Execute therapy plans, facilitate sessions, and track student development.
3. Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and other school personnel to enhance student objectives and achievements.
4. Maintain precise records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outcomes.
5. Tailor therapy methods and activities to accommodate the diverse needs of students.

Caseload/Details:
Elementary Positions:
Shared responsibilities across two district locations.

Early Childhood/Pre-K Positions:
Designated to a single educational institution.
Anticipate moderately high caseloads.

Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
2. Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Texas.
3. Preferred experience in a school environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Capability to work efficiently in a collaborative, onsite setting.
