Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with SAP is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in flow architecture for warehouse layouts.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies applied in warehouse settings, including digital transformation in material handling and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in warehouse design sizing and route planning for the movement of finished goods and waste.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
  • Capability to safely handle chemicals, hazardous materials, and various types of equipment.

Additional Information:

  • We are looking for candidates with strong Industrial Engineering skills.
  • This position is focused on engineering rather than civil or architectural disciplines.
  • Responsibilities include configuring material storage and managing the receipt of products, assigning them to various warehouse locations.
  • Experience with SAP, particularly the Warehouse Management System (WMS) module, is desired.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous.
  • Responsibilities also include managing the movement of finished products to warehouse areas and defining operational routes, along with creating corresponding procedures.
  • A typical workday may involve generating reports from the WMS to identify discrepancies, analyzing issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.
