Communications Specialist for Rehab Services

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehab team at Next Move Healthcare.
Salary Range: $74,276.80 per year (based on 35.71/hour rate and 40-hour workweek)
About the RoleThis position involves conducting bedside swallow evaluations and barium swallows, diagnosing and treating individuals of all ages with speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
The successful candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore or maximize function, collaborate with rehab staff, and maintain personal and professional competency in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive swallow evaluations and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry developments.
