Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Support multiple areas within the clinic, demonstrating flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
- Graduated from a school of nursing with an Associate degree or diploma
- Maintain current state certified registered nurse's licensure and BLS provider status
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-related growth and development necessary to provide appropriate care to the patient population served
- Possess strong critical thinking skills and ability to multitask
