About the Role

This position is part of our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist/Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches consistent with your training and clinical competence
  • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
  • Opportunities to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice
  • Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position
