Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Los Alamos Medical Center. As a RN, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and perform interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
  • Document patient care given and monitor patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate patient care and work as an advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or bachelors degree in nursing required
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits:

$30,000 sign-on bonus for 24-month full-time commitment
$1,000 housing allowance (grossed up) for up to 12 months for new hires who relocate
Relocation assistance available
