Estimated Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range for our Emergency Room Nurses, with an estimated annual salary of $124,000 - $154,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an Emergency Room Nurse at TriStar Summit Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing and coordinating care for patients in our Level III Trauma Center
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families
- Assessing and reassessing patients' conditions, developing individualized plans of care, and documenting patient needs
- Administering medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment
- CPI within 6 months of employment
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
