Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive plans of care
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and education
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing personnel as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- BSN degree required; BLS and ACLS certifications necessary
- At least 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred
