Radiology Associates of North Texas Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Representative to join our team in Interventional Radiology. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to increase referrals and enhance brand awareness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase referrals and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with hospital-based Interventional Radiologists to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Work with the Marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Build and maintain relationships with key hospital leadership, local, regional, and national organizations, and vendors
  • Assist in the development of marketing budgets and plans to ensure growth and expansion of services
  • Oversee the evaluation and success of marketing campaigns and efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 with opportunity for performance bonus
  • Base pay + performance bonus potential of $80,000 - $90,000
