This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others as a Developmental Support Worker with the Independent Living Association.
In this role, you will work closely with consumers to develop and implement individualized plans that promote their independence, self-care, and social skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and implementing goal activity
- Maintaining accurate records
You will also be expected to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and participate in regular team meetings.
To be successful in this position, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and preferably 1-3 years of experience working with the developmentally disabled.
