Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by building genuine relationships with customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Assess customer needs and concerns by asking questions and offering solutions that pave the way for a potential Cricket sale.
  • Expertly find the right plan for customers and ensure they are primed for success throughout the customer on-boarding process.
  • Right-fit customers into the correct phone, mobile technology, and rate plan package.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience, with a passion for technology and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States, with a high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable transportation for marketing purposes.

Working Conditions:

  • The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods and occasional travel for training purposes.
  • The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
