We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Dermatologist to join our team at Loyola University of Chicago. As a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, you will be responsible for performing ambulatory Mohs surgery at our Oakbrook Terrace site, as well as providing general dermatology services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in teaching and mentorship, as we have 10 dermatology residents who are eager to learn surgical techniques and Mohs. You will be part of a small but growing faculty with a diverse patient population, and will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including general and complex medical dermatology, transplant dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, hospital dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and dermatopathology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing ambulatory Mohs surgery at our Oakbrook Terrace site
  • Providing general dermatology services
  • Teaching and mentoring dermatology residents
  • Participating in a variety of settings, including general and complex medical dermatology, transplant dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, hospital dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and dermatopathology

Qualifications include:

  • MD/DO degree
  • Completion of or on track to complete accredited Mohs fellowship
  • Board eligible status in Mohs
  • Eligible for IL medical license and federal DEA registration
