Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is $400,000, which includes a competitive base pay and various benefits such as a starting bonus, student loan reimbursement, retention bonus, stipend, and relocation bonus. Additionally, our generous benefits package offers time away pay, continuing medical education (CME) support, and wellness initiatives to promote work-life balance.
Job Description
As an anesthesiologist on our team, you will have the opportunity to provide anesthesia services for a wide range of specialties, including ENT, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Spine Surgery, Urology, Endoscopy, Cardiology, Podiatry, Pain Management, and Plastic Surgery. You will work closely with our experienced team of 5 other board-certified anesthesiologists and 19 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with CRNAs to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in our physician-led health system's efforts to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience
Requirements
- Board certification in anesthesiology
- Well-rounded skill set and familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
- Experience working with CRNAs is a plus
