Host - Hostess

We're a well-known, award-winning bar and restaurant with a high-volume atmosphere. Our original location opened in 2009 in Salt Lake City, and we've been serving up amazing burgers and cocktails ever since. Our second location in Jordan Landing offers a unique dining experience with a family-friendly atmosphere.

We're seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience. No experience is required - we'll train you to provide exceptional service and ensure our high standards are met.

As a Host/Hostess, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Managing the front of house area, including seating and table assignments
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience
• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Being a team player and supporting your colleagues

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
