Job Role:
As a key contributor within a collaborative team, you will oversee the general accounting and financial operations of our organization. This includes executing financial transactions and accurately recording them in the general ledger, with a keen focus on detail. You will also handle periodic administrative tasks such as scanning and filing reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various accounting functions.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation.
- Assist in the monthly closing process.
- Prepare financial reports and engage in special projects.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience in a construction or paving setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista software is a plus.
