Key Responsibilities
Available Shifts: Day and Night
Hourly Pay Range: $16.85 - $21.08
Night Shift Premium: $1.00
Equipment Management for Compression Operation Molding, Finishing, and Packaging
- Set up and oversee all machinery.
- Identify and rectify issues causing production delays.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing support team to analyze and resolve productivity challenges.
Product Monitoring, Inspection, and Packaging
- Continuously inspect products to ensure quality and efficient machine performance.
- Make necessary adjustments and consult with technicians for corrective measures as needed.
- Prepare and train personnel on adherence to product procedures and work instructions to guarantee quality output.
- Follow established good manufacturing practices.
- Gather data for key performance indicators.
Authority and Accountability
- Take proactive measures to prevent any nonconformities in product or quality systems.
- Document and report issues related to product, process, and quality systems.
- Verify the execution of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Demonstrated experience and proven capabilities.
- Ability to comprehend basic mathematics, blueprints, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to perform operations as outlined in this job description.
- Willingness to adapt to changing job requirements as necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
