Beverage Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at StepStone Hospitality. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service.

• Mix and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Manage the Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, restocking supplies and linens as needed.
• Provide Excellent Service: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with Inventory and Ordering: Assist in ordering and requisitioning liquors and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
• Practice Safety and Etiquette: Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• Previous Bartending Experience: A minimum of [insert time period] years of experience in a bartending role, with a proven track record of success.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and bend, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $16 per hour, commensurate with experience.
