About the Role
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining large format printing equipment, including flatbed inkjet printers and computer-aided sign making equipment. You will also work closely with our team to schedule projects, maintain job boards, and ensure accurate project details are relayed.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain large format flatbed inkjet printers and computer-aided sign making equipment
- Trim, weed, and mask graphics
- Maintain strong lines of communication to accurately relay project details
- Work closely with team to schedule projects and maintain job board
- Proofread prints and conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy
- Minimize waste by efficiently using ink, media, laminates, foils, and vinyl
- Order materials as needed
- Operate company vehicle to run errands and drop off shipments
- Assist graphic installers as needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years' experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Experience with graphics production a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
