Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Long John Silver's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Solve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of Crew Members to achieve sales and service goals.
    • Assist with the recruitment and training of new Crew Members.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently during your shift.
    • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other restaurant expenses.
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Leadership
    • Provide guidance and support to Crew Members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
    • Communicate effectively with the management team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
