About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our team at a reputable quartz manufacturer in Beavercreek Township, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines for production
  • Troubleshoot issues to minimize non-conformances
  • Use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate setups
  • Read CMM reports to maintain quality standards
  • Adjust tool offsets and operate multiple machines
  • Perform daily cleaning (5S) and conduct visual machine inspections
  • Check coolant levels and escalate issues to the Cell Lead as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a machinist level role
  • Experience with precision measuring tools
