Position Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse
Work Location: Central Maine Medical Center
Compensation: Starting hourly wage of $33.50 (not including shift differentials)
Incentive: Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000
Role Overview:
- Evaluate patient requirements and create tailored care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Advocate for patients and respond to any changes in their condition
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license in Maine (BSN preferred)
- Current BLS certification
Desirable Experience:
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred

- Ability to connect with patients and colleagues
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic work environment
