The role of a Guest Environment Expert transcends merely providing guests with a tidy room and a well-made bed. Our goal is to craft an experience that is both memorable and distinctive.
As a Guest Environment Expert, you will possess a diverse skill set in housekeeping tasks, taking charge of the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
You will have the autonomy to navigate your area and perform necessary tasks.From fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, to other related duties, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.
Regardless of your position, certain elements are vital for success - ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself in a professional manner.
Guest Environment Experts will be active throughout their shifts (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will engage in hands-on work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance).
Performing these tasks effectively (along with other reasonable job responsibilities as assigned) is essential for Guest Environment Experts to deliver excellence for our guests and our organization consistently.
