Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current FL RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
