The Flink Platform team is leveraging advanced database storage to ensure high reliability and efficiency. The Role
You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and operationalizing high-performance, scalable, reliable, and resilient systems. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a high-availability control plane architecture for Flink, ensuring it is resilient, scalable, and can manage the lifecycle of the necessary resources efficiently
  • Troubleshooting issues and improving operations for a complex technical stack spanning all three cloud service providers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of relevant software development experience
  • Deep knowledge of database internals, extensive experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on designing and building complex systems, especially those involving advanced distributed architectures
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex requirements into effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language such as Java or Golang

Compensation and Benefits
This position has an annual estimated salary of $191,790 - $208,575, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
