About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team at Hillphoenix, a leading manufacturer of display cases and refrigeration systems. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in completing refrigeration cases or partial sub-assemblies, including tanks, canopies, base frames, hardware kits, plenums, or other parts as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and comprehend A orders to identify parts and their placement locations.
  • Identify power and hand tools used on assigned product lines.
  • Read and comprehend work orders to perform assembly-type functions.
  • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners.
  • Work at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Collaborate with assembly teams to build units to completion.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
