Phlebotomy Specialist

About the Job: As a Phlebotomy Specialist with BioLife Plasma Services, you will collect plasma from donors while ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized workspace and provide excellent customer service.

• You will screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results.">
• You will use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.">
• You will identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.">

Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking an individual with 1+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have fine motor coordination.
