Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Setup Specialist to join our team. As a Banquet Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet events, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in place and that the event space is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down banquet events, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in place and that the event space is clean and organized
  • Work closely with the banquet captain and other team members to ensure that events are set up and executed to perfection
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the banquet captain or other management staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a banquet or events setting preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
