Job Overview

This is an exempt position that requires the safe transportation of boats and equipment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport and move boats and equipment as assigned, utilizing forklifts when necessary
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations
• Care for company vehicles, adhering to regular maintenance schedules
• Communicate effectively with management regarding assignment schedules and timing
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management
• Report any damages or concerns related to boats or equipment to management

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude within the work environment to contribute to Sales and Service team objectives
• Exhibit ability to make independent decisions
• Show attentiveness when customers are present, offering assistance as needed
• Promote a team-oriented atmosphere and support other team members, departments, and locations to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain a professional image while traveling
• Safely move boats and equipment as instructed
• Nurture positive interactions with all team members
• Experience driving trucks, attention to detail, self-directed
• Lift 10 lbs occasionally, standing, climbing, driving, outdoors
