Join Our Bakery Team at Farm 12 Restaurant and Events

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Farm 12 Restaurant and Events, a social enterprise business that believes in the power of food to bring people together. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious bread, pastries, and other baked goods that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Mix and bake ingredients to produce high-quality bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Monitor the baking process to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Handle and move ingredients, tools, and cooking pans safely and efficiently.
  • Implement new products and recipes with the guidance of a supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a production bakery.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Current Food Handlers Permit.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move about freely.
