Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of kitchen staff, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Uphold superior standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor, consistently aiming for excellence in every dish served.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage and track inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen functioning.
- Sanitation Standards: Implement and maintain rigorous sanitation and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
- Cost Management: Assist in monitoring food and labor costs, employing strategies for minimizing waste and optimizing resource use.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, along with food handling and preparation standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef, ideally in a leadership capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
