About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Snow Sports Instructor - Team Lead to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of instructors and coaches to deliver exceptional ski lessons and coaching services to our guests.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, providing feedback and coaching to instructors, and ensuring that all skiers receive safe and enjoyable instruction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in ski instruction and coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of $25-$27 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
