Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and communicate progress to the treatment team and family members
    • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
    • Basic Life Support certification (in accordance with state regulations)
    • A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist (preferred)
