Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavioral Interventionist, you will work with children affected by autism and their families, providing in-home behavioral intervention and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home behavioral intervention services to children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
  • Provide training and education to families on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Education, Social Work)
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
