Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team at Walmart. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality meat products are available to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Meat Product Preparation: Process and prepare meat products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track goods, and control shrinkage to minimize losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: 6 months of experience working in a fresh production department.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
