We are seeking a skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team at Cornerstone Rehab, providing top-notch care to adult and geriatric patients.
About the RoleThis part-time or per diem position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of clinical professionals and contribute to delivering innovative rehab management solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to adult and senior patients in various settings
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Create personalized plans of care based on patient needs and capabilities
- A valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and necessary credentials
- Experience in SNF and/or Acute care settings
- Covid Vaccine requirements may apply in certain locations
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (dependent on location and experience)
- Paid Time Off (accrual rate: 0.0385 per pay period)
- 401K Retirement Plan (available after 1,000 hours worked in the first year)
