• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as economics, mathematics, or statistics.

• Strong understanding of healthcare data assets, including claims, pharmacy, member, and provider data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft suite of products, including Power Platform.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
