We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Instructor to join our team at Bay Area Community Resources. As a TK/Kinder Instructor, you will play a vital role in building and fostering learning through play-based, hands-on activities for young children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a play-based curriculum that supports kindergarten and first-grade readiness.
- Create a program environment that encourages creativity and excitement.
- Design and write lesson plans using learning targets and instructional strategies.
- Plan and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for young children.
- Promote a safe and positive classroom environment.
- A minimum of an Associate Degree or higher, or 48 or more college units, or a High School Diploma or GED and passing the Instructional Aide exam.
- The ability to commit to a daily set schedule.
- A genuine desire to work with young children.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 6-12 ECE Units.
