About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Catholic Medical Center's Hooksett Primary Care Office. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status through interview, examination, and review of clinical data.
  • Employ critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding, and adapting care plans to meet the needs of our patient population.
  • Provide mentorship and support to your team members.
  • Participate in clinical committees to drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical/surgical environment.
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Certification in a specialty area is preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
  • Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
  • Successfully complete Department of Transportation (DOT) Materials training within 90 days of start date.
