Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Label and prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff to ensure smooth sample collection and processing.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest phlebotomy techniques and best practices.

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour.
