Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS certification 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
  • Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Ventilator management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
