Maintenance Planner Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Indorama Ventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities
  • Review and update work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
