Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist students in various activities, including academic support and enrichment programs.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, utilizing effective classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with program partners, including principals, teachers, and parents, to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for students.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as distributing snacks, taking attendance, and maintaining classroom cleanliness.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working with youth, preferably in an educational or enrichment setting.
- Strong interest in working with children and contributing to their overall education and development.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
- Must be dependable, have reliable transportation, and be able to work independently without supervision.
