Our Queensbury branch is eager to find dedicated and experienced individuals to join our Sales Associate team, supporting the branch's sales alongside the Kitchen and Bath sales division.

Your role will involve facilitating and expediting the movement of Kitchen and Bath products between vendors and customers.

Engage in direct interactions, phone conversations, and electronic sales, utilizing exceptional customer service and sales abilities to achieve or surpass sales and margin objectives.

$20 - $22 hourly with annual performance-based increases

Full-Time Position: 40+ Hours per week - Set Schedule

Discretionary profit-sharing available after one year of employment

Six paid holidays and immediate PTO

Understand market trends and product features

Address the needs of prospective customers

Employ effective suggestive selling and upselling techniques

Utilize effective closing strategies

Follow up on quotes to convert them into orders

Share your expertise with colleagues
