Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and monitor premises to deter theft, violence, or violations of regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
  • Inform violators of site rules and regulations.
  • Detain or remove individuals involved in suspicious or unlawful activities.
  • Report any facility concerns, including fire hazards and plumbing issues.
  • Request emergency services in high-risk situations.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred candidates will possess a valid Virginia DCJS License.
  • At least one year of previous security experience is highly desirable.
  • Must meet physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, running, physically restraining individuals, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Available Shifts:
  • Norfolk (Various Locations)
    • Monday to Friday 7 AM - 6 PM
    • Monday to Friday 7 PM - 12 AM
    • Saturday and Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM
    • Saturday and Sunday 6 PM - 6 AM
Benefits:
