Bistro Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bistro Server to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Alcoa. As a Bistro Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and serving guests in a professional and engaging manner.
• Develop a proficient knowledge of our hotel's food and cocktail menus to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
• Ensure compliance with all food, alcohol, and safety policies and laws.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Catering experience a plus.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
