Vi Living is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Personalized Care: Provide personal care to residents as needed, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Collaborate with the Care Team: Work closely with other members of the care team to identify resident needs and implement prescribed interventions.
- Evaluate Outcomes and Conditions: Monitor resident outcomes and conditions, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate resident needs and concerns to the care team, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
- Education and Certifications: Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocation Nurse, with prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn, and food handlers certification where required.
Vi Living is a leading provider of senior living communities, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. We offer a competitive pay rate of $43.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.
