We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at WIS Inventory Solutions. As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and training our inventory associates, supervising inventory events, and resolving any concerns that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and train inventory associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise inventory events to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve any concerns or issues that may arise during inventory events.
- Work closely with the Area Manager and District Manager to drive operational excellence and maximize employee productivity.
- Interact with customers to ensure exceptional service and uphold the company's core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low-level positions, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
